Network TwentyOne

Network TwentyOne International was founded in 1989 and provides a PDP to Quixtar and Amway IBO's around the world.. It's leaders are Founders Crown Ambassadors Jim & Nancy Dornan. The system was begun with the idea of supporting IBO's in building their independent amway/quxitar businesses, irrespective of individual beliefs, nationality, or language. It's goal was to be a truly international, multicultural business and leadership support and training system.

As of 2006, Network TwentyOne supports IBOs in 36 countries, with 26 local offices, many with full-time staff, and operates in 23 languages.

Business Building Philosophy

Network Twentyone's philosophy has always been about building long-term, profitable businesses. This should be achieved through consistent work and commitment, while maintaining correct priorities in life and demonstrating respect for others, whether interested in the business or not.

Philanthropy

Through Network of Caring, Network TwentyOne and it's members are the world's largest corporate supporter of World Vision, the world's largest child sponsorship agency. Network TwentyOne's founders Jim & Nancy Dornan and their son Eric Dornan have also created The Ambassador Fund and the Fernando Foundation, in honor of Fernando Ruelas. The Fernando Foundation supports numerous outreach programs in support of the world's children. The foundation is also heavily involved in promoting and supporting Power Soccer. All of the foundations administrative expenses are paid by the Dornans.

Disputes

In 2003, Leslie Giblin, author of the book Skill with people, sued "Network 21", for unauthorized translation, copying, and selling of his book in China, Greece, Malaysia, the Philippines, Romania, South Africa and Turkey. However, in a related case against Yager Internet Services, it was revealed that Les Giblin's grandson, Brian Zama, had inadvertently published an incorrect date of first publication for the book on their website skillwithpeople.com, leading a number of parties, including Network TwentyOne and Yager Internet Services, to believe the copyright on the book had expired. In a court affidavit he apologised for the misunderstandings this had caused.[1]. Network TwentyOne and Giblin subsequently settled the case out of court.
