Founders Diamond qualification requires:

To qualify as a Founders Diamond a qualified Platinum must have 6 legs (3 must be in market) qualify at the Silver Producer level for all 12 months within the Amway Fiscal Year. In 2014 the average annual income was $470,017 and the highest annual compensation was $2,644,651.
