Founders Executive Diamond qualification requires either:

To qualify as a Founders Executive Diamond a qualified Platinum must have 9 legs (3 must be in market) qualify at the Silver Producer level for all 12 months within the Amway Performance Year.

or

Attain Diamond qualification for 6 months of the fiscal year (6 legs must be in market), and generate at least 12 FAA credits during the fiscal year.
